Notwithstanding this, application may be made to any court for a judicial acceptance of the award or order of enforcement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, IPWatchdog.com shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, other equitable remedies and/or damages from the United States Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia or any other court of competent jurisdiction for the infringement of any intellectual property assets.
